1 tablespoon raw almond butter OR 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 cup 100% pomegranate juice
2-3 ice cubes
2-4 tablespoons protein powder – optional
Honey and lemon juice to taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender, cover and pulse to get the ingredients started, then blend on high until smooth. Makes 1 (17-ounce) smoothie.
